Ron Gasper is the founder and Chief Instructor of Validus Protection Solutions, a firearms training company based in Northeast Ohio. Ron is a decorated former U.S. Navy SEAL with over 25 years of real-world experience as an operator and instructor. He has served in multiple combat zones, including Iraq and Afghanistan, and has received numerous awards and commendations for his valor and leadership. Ron holds numerous certifications and has provided thousands of hours of firearms training and instruction to Military, Law Enforcement, and Civilians in Handgun/Pistol, Rifle/Carbine, and Shotgun. Ron has also trained and advised U.S. and foreign military and law enforcement units in counterterrorism, marksmanship, urban warfare, and small-unit tactics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
Ron founded Validus Protection Solutions with the mission of helping citizens, law enforcement, and the military enhance their personal protection, firearms proficiency, and tactical skills. He offers comprehensive firearms programs and training courses for discerning, law-abiding clients who want to learn from the best.
